ORDERING

How long does printing take?

Each garments varies but for sublimated gear it is usually 4-8 weeks. Screen printed or digitally printed gear 2-4 weeks depending on quantity and complexity. Bags usually 1-2 weeks. We always do our best to turnaround your orders quickly however we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date as hold ups with couriers or suppliers may occur. It’s always best to let us know if you have a specific date when you first enquire so we can send you a timeline.

Can I get samples?

Yes, we have samples of previous work we have done, we keep various sizes in stock so we can loan them to you for sizing. Alternatively we can arrange to have your design made up in the sizes you need. This allows you to check design colours and fit to make sure everything is perfect. Always allow extra time if you choose to have samples made up. We are always happy to send the samples we have in stock however they must be returned within 28 days or you will be invoiced for the full price of the goods and return shipping is at your expense.

Can you match our colour?

We use the PMS (PANTONE MATCHING SYSTEM) Solid Coated colour guide. If a specific colour is essential in your artwork then, for accuracy, please provide the matching PMS swatches as colours can be expressed differently on different devices. Only a physical swatch book can ensure accuracy. In instances where PMS is not provided, CMYK colour will be used. Our garments and print products use many different suppliers and materials and precise matching is not always possible. We will advise the best possible match for your colour. In all cases it is advisable to get a sample colour print made up to ensure asatisfaction. Samples will be charged to you and may take extra time so please allow for this. 

Which file formats can I submit for my logo or artwork??

Kozz Design require vector files such as Adobe Illustrator (.ai) and PDF (.pdf) as these give us the sharpest lines and detail. If using this format, please ensure all text is converted to curves or fonts are supplied. Logos and artwork supplied for printing purposes must be approved by our graphic designer prior to printing. Artwork created in Canva or other third party design tools may result in artwork needing to be recreated or re-drawn to meet printing specifications. We always require high resolution files and prefer a vector format with all fonts supplied or converted to curves.

How should I send my logo/artwork?

Files can be either uploaded at checkout or emailed directly to info@kozzdesign.com.au 

For files larger, please either use Dropbox, Google Drive, or use a free online file transfer service such as Hightail or SendSpace. Before submitting artwork, please ensure you have read the above and understand our requirements. Artwork that does not meet our requirements will be subject to an artwork preparation fee of $120 per hour. In these instances customer will be notified prior to any work being undertaken.

When you buy something on this website, we collect personal information from you to fulfill the order. We may collect information like your: Billing and shipping address, Details relating to your purchase (for example, your shirt size), Email address, Name, Phone number.

We do not have payment facilities on our website. You will always request a quote then receive an updated quote which will be converted to an invoice upon approval of such quote. Following this payment is collected via direct bank deposit or credit card (B2B Pay). 
You must create a customer account on this website to view our pricing. Kozz Design services Business to Business and not consumers directly. Upon submission of your details to apply for a customer account your information will be reviewed and approved or disapproved at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse approval at our discretion.

MARKETING

We may email you with messages about your order or account activity. For example, we may email you to tell you that:

ESTIMATES/QUOTES
Estimates/quotes expire within 14 days and are subject to change after a complete review of the final artwork by Kozz Design. 

SAMPLES
Any product samples and sizing kits sent to you are the property of Kozz Design unless paid for by you. Kozz Design samples will need to be returned at your expense within 28 days of delivery date as noted on the garments when they arrive. Failure to do so will result in a charge in full for these garments. Should you require custom samples made in your design there will be a cost for these which will be more than buying the item in bulk.

ARTWORK APPROVALS
A proof of the artwork will be submitted for your approval prior to printing which will specify the details, sizes, quantities, colours to be printed, and garments to be printed, as well as any other relevant information. Before printing commences, we will send you a mock-up for all print designs. We require approval from you before commencing production. Please check this proof carefully as we will not accept responsibility for any mistakes that are on the mock up and approved. On approval of mock up and order we will require a 50% deposit and production of your goods will commence upon receipt of this payment. Please note, mock ups are not to scale and colours may vary according to electronic devices used, so please refer to the relevant Pantone solid colour swatch book for accurate colour referencing. Any delays caused from changes to designs are of no fault of Kozz Design. 

GARMENTS/SUPPLIED GARMENTS
We have an extensive range of blank garments and items available for you to print. Our suppliers for garments are varied. If you would like to view samples we can arrange to ship to you. These samples remain the property of Kozz Design and will need to be returned at your expense. Failure to return goods within 28 days will require you to pay for the goods in full to replace samples. Please note if you wish to supply your own garments it is at your own risk. Kozz Design will request to see the garment in person before we determine if we can print on it, though if this isn’t the case we cannot accept any responsibility for any negative effects caused by the printing process of your supplied garments (sublimation, scorching, melting, shrinking). This also applies to any supplied active wear garments including anything made from 100% Polyester or Poly blends (Nylon, Spandex or Lycra). We advise all customers supplying athletic garments to speak to their supplier or manufacturer about the best way to apply prints to these specific garments, especially is your job is time sensitive. For example, sublimation of a print can occur but may take 24-48 hours after the print has been applied to happen, and if the job has a tight deadline, the time it takes to test whether or not this may happen is greatly reduced. Kozz Design accepts no responsibility for delays caused. 

GARMENT SIZES AND STYLES
We provide sizing charts for all our products. It is your responsibility to check and measure before ordering garments. The invoice outlines all of the garments we will be printing for you. Please make sure that you check the styles/sizes/colours/quantities carefully. Mistakes can happen with back and forth emails and phone calls so it’s important that you approve this final checklist to make sure we are printing the correct items. Any errors not discussed prior to production/ordering will be no fault of Kozz Design and you will be charged in full.

SUPPLIERS
While Kozz Design is an Australian business located in Blue Mountains, New South Wales, Australia many of our suppliers are from varying countries overseas. We trust our suppliers and have built strong relationships with them over many years and trust their quality and ethics.

GARMENT DISCLAIMER
We are not responsible for manufacturer defects such as colour inconsistencies, stitching errors, mislabelled garments, loose/inconsistent stitching, and/or garment defects (holes in garments, ripped seams, etc.). If there is a defect we will do our best to replace the garment. We try our hardest to inspect the garments as we print them, but we cannot guarantee each garment. We are not the manufacturers of these garments, so we cannot ensure their construction. Garment colours may vary between different brands and batch production. If our supplier is out of stock of one colour, sizes or style we may need to use another supplier. You may or may not be notified of this if the deadline is tight. 

PRINT SCALE
If you are printing across a wide variety of styles and sizes we will always to our best to represent how your design scale will translate across very small to very large garments. If you have questions about how your design will look, please get in touch before signing off on your order. It’s easier to guide you through the process before printing that to explain it after the garments are printed. Any amendments after the process has begun will incur a charge. Kozz Design is not responsible for any scale errors in production if signed off on.

PRINT PLACEMENT
Because the process of screen printing, digital printing and heat press printing is manually done for the most part, there is no effective or efficient way to achieve a specific measurement of every single individual shirt that gets loaded onto the press. This will not be considered a misprint and we will not be liable for reprinting or refunding these garments. If you don’t supply us with your placements for your printed designs we will go off our standard placements for specific prints. Many garments are done by hand and may have some inconsistencies. While we try our best to make sure each one is exact they may differ slightly.

TURNAROUND TIMES
Turnaround is 2-8 weeks (this varies from garment to garment) from approval of artwork and/or receiving the deposit, not from the contact made. In some instances, we may need to extend the turnaround time in order to maintain the quality of your order and produce the highest standard in printing. We will ensure to communicate this with you as much as is possible. However, there are no discounts or refunds for orders that exceed the turnaround time or due date unless agreed to by us in extreme circumstances. Kozz Design accept no responsibility for any losses incurred by the customer due to turnaround time being exceeded. 

PRIORITY JOBS
Our regular turnaround time is 2-12 weeks (depending on the product) from receiving the 50% deposit and approval of your artwork. To ensure your job is completed by its due date, we require full payment up front and all details of your order including all artwork and garment breakdowns sent through as soon as possible. If you’re unsure whether or not your job falls under the regular turnaround time, send through an email and we’ll be able to help you get your job sorted and ready by its desired completion date. 

COPYRIGHT
Customer accepts sole responsibility for copyright and reproduction of images. It is deemed that you are the owner or have permission to use any images or artwork. Kozz Design accepts no responsibility for copyright infringements. 

PRICING
Kozz Design reserves the right to change pricing without notice. This is mainly due to suppliers and their price increases being out of our control, changes in freighting charges, or incorrectly quoting initially. This is all determined upon sending the invoice and will be discussed accordingly.

PAYMENT
A 50% deposit is required for orders to be placed and work to begin. Once this is paid and your artwork is signed off on we can begin your order. Final payment is due upon completion of your job, before the release of the goods. Delayed payments may result in a delay of your jobs completion time and delay in dispatching from our warehouse. Payment options include: Bank Transfer and Credit Card payments only. If you’re paying with a credit card a surcharge is added to the amount due.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations need to be made ASAP. If cancellation is made after we have ordered stock then any losses, charges will be taken out of the deposit amount. If print production has begun or completed then you will not be entitled to a refund.

DELIVERY POLICY
We arrange all shipping using a wide range of couriers depending on your location. Shipping is excluded from turnaround time. Kozz Design accept no responsibility for losses incurred due to shipping delays, items damaged or lost in transit.

CLAIMS AND RETURN
Claims must be made to us within 48 hours of delivery and goods must not be sold or destroyed of, all items MUST be returned for us to rectify. Kozz Design will not be held responsible for any claims after this time. If the whole order is faulty we will arrange courier to collect the order. Please repackage the goods for shipping. We will then inspect the goods to check the return is valid and discuss options with the customer accordingly. Refunds will be a last resort, with all efforts to rectify the goods being our priority.

PRIVACY
Kozz Design is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not share or disclose any of your private information with any third parties without prior approval. We will often photograph our cases for promotional purposes and these may be displayed on our website and/or social media promotional accounts. If you would prefer not to have your items photographed and used in our material, please inform us in writing.
